Broker portals are an excellent way for insurance agents and brokers to manage client acquisition from one central location. The broker portal is an easy-to-use, self-service tool that gives you the power of being able to sell more policies by managing everything in your business through this single online window!
The current health insurance websites are outdated and not user-friendly. Also, the redesign needed to address the accessibility and usability of the site. The primary goal of this project is to develop a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website that effectively showcases.

Translating Insights Into Design
Once the foundational understanding was in place, I shifted focus to opportunity identification. I brainstormed and outlined possible improvements that could make the portal more user-friendly, efficient, and effective. These included:
The Portal's visual design was developed with simplicity and cleanliness in mind so that users would be able to easily navigate the site. The layout is linear, with each section clearly labeled and easy to access. The color scheme is subtle and calming, with a limited number of colors to avoid overwhelming users. The fonts are also carefully chosen for legibility and visual appeal. Overall, the goal was to create a visual design that was both effective and attractive. We believe that we have achieved this goal, and the feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive.
With an innovative new design and a streamlined quoting process, we wanted to help our members discover all of their features in an easy way. Driving usage of features like quick access to forms and other essential links in the dashboard is another goal that wasn’t being met at first glance but became clear once users navigated now more quickly than before!
